Mary and Michel delight housewares buyers

Spring Fair’s Cook & Dine Hall 8 played host to two culinary superstars yesterday (Monday February 3): the legendary and inspirational Mary Berry (with Captivate Brands) and Michel Roux Jr.

Michel Roux Jr spent the morning on the KitchenCraft stand to help launch the precision scales and thermometer brand Taylor. Michel chatted to cookshop and housewares buyers, and did a cooking demonstration on the stand using Taylor products, including the innovative touchless tare scale.

Meanwhile, Mary spent the morning meeting cookshop and housewares buyers, including key nationals and buying groups, with a larger group session held at the front of the stand with Bira members. She chatted to individuals and the groups about her tableware ranges and her inspiration before delighting a huge crowd of Spring Fair visitors when she appeared on The Inspiring Retail Stage.
