EPE remains open for business and supporting of the NHS

EPE International are open for business in the usual way but with low levels of staff, fully adhering to Public Health England guidelines during the COVID-19 pandemic.

EPE told HousewaresNews.net that it is doing everything in its power to continue to supply all SDA and cookware requirements, ensuring all orders are processed as efficiently as possible. High levels of stock stock supported by a highly experienced team means orders are being fulfilled to a level of 98.6%.

Making life easier for customers, especially during this time is one of the company’s priorities, it said.  The EPE trade website makes life easier than ever when it comes to ordering, customers can check on up-to-date prices, stock and place orders 24/7 – plus its highly successful and secure drop-ship service. Due to the increase of consumers ordering online during lockdown, drop-shipping has been proven once again to be a great business model to drive sales.

As well as supporting retailers during COVID-19, EPE has been busy doing its part to support the NHS by donating coffee machines to local NHS teams, keeping staff fuelled with a well deserved coffee during shifts. It also launched a campaign ‘Save our heroes: help the NHS’  to raise money to buy personal protective equipment (PPE) to be donated to local hospitals and clinicians.

EPE would like to thank partners, customers and employees as it works through these challenging times – together.
