BHETA to host eBay webinar

BHETA (The British Home Enhancement Trade Association) is kicking off its 2022 webinar programme with an industry-wide webinar featuring eBay on January 27. The event will be open to BHETA members and non-members alike.

Rosalind Bridges, eBay’s category manager for home and garden will discuss the company’s background and trading strategy as well as why suppliers should sell on eBay. She will also provide a tour of the eBay site and provide insights into eBay’s best match algorithm and marketing tools.
Suppliers will also find out how to get on board at eBay and have the opportunity to pose questions directly to Rosalind after her presentation.

Leading online marketplace eBay Inc was founded in 1995 in San Jose, California and now facilitates consumer-to-consumer and business-to-consumer sales through its multinational website.  Alongside housewares and small domestic electricals suppliers, it is actively seeking more DIY and garden sellers.

“I urge everyone interested in exploring the opportunities provided by eBay to register as soon as possible,” says BHETA’s marketing manager, Steve Richardson.

BHETA’s chief operating officer Will Jones adds, “eBay is an iconic retail brand with a very successful platform for new home enhancement products which it is keen to expand.  If BHETA can be of help with an event like this then that is good for eBay, good for members and good for suppliers in the industry at large.”

To register for the BHETA eBay webinar, or for more information about future events, contact Zara in BHETA member services on 0121 237 1130 or zm@bheta.co.uk.
