Much loved TV chefs The Hairy Bikers are among the visitors to Spring Fair (Sunday February 6 to 9, NEC Birmingham). Si and Dave are launching new designs in their range, The Hairy Bikers’ Kitchenware on ESG’s stand on Tuesday (February 7). Spring Fair promises a myriad of other exciting launches across Home, with a focus on housewares in Hall 8. Moreover, Bira Direct is offering its pre-registered members £100 vouchers to use against orders above £500 placed at the show.
“We are delighted to be exhibiting at Spring Fair 2022 and this will be RKW’s largest stand to date so it’s really not to be missed,” comments Emma Sutton, marketing manager for RKW, which has “showstopping launches” across its wide portfolio. “Our stand will beautifully display over 20 of the UK’s biggest brands across categories including SDA, housewares, floor care, outdoor living, home environment and much more.” She emphasises: “The show provides an opportunity to display our latest product innovations along with trend setting colours ready for the 2022/2023 season.”
Meanwhile, at Kuhn Rikon, Paul Marchant, key accounts manager exclaims: “We’re really looking forward to Spring Fair, especially in the absence of Ambiente this year. The show will allow us to showcase our brilliantly promotable cookware sets, with 17 different configurations in all.” He continues: “We will also be re-launching table-top cooking with our range of Swiss Fondue sets. Sales of fondues over winter 21/22 have been extremely strong with the wonderfully sociable prospect of ‘cheese and friendship at the table’ gathering momentum.”
New kitchenware, small domestic appliances, cookware, and tableware will be presented by the likes of EPE International, Ultimate Products, The DRH Collection, T&G Woodware, David Mason Design, Apollo Housewares, Bluestem Group, Captivate Brands, Creative Products, Ulster Weavers, Denby Brands, The Traditional Wine Rack Company, PlasticForte, The Silicone Straw Company and BranQ.
The BHETA Bira Village returns in Hall 8, with a stand dedicated to Bira’s exciting new platform Neartoo, which has been designed to help independent retailers create or improve and online presence.
Premium European brands at Spring Fair include Jomafe from Portugal, Olivawood from Tunisia, as well as Costa Nova, Casafina, Gusta / Kapimex, Atmosphera and Secret de Gourmet on the My Gifts Trade stand. Summerhouse at Spring Fair includes Gallery Direct with a SS22 Collection that include kitchenware and tableware.
“If I could offer buyers one piece of advice it would be not to miss out on Spring Fair 2022,” states Jay Kauldhar, key account director, Hyve Group and head of Everyday, Housewares and Retail Solutions at Spring Fair. “As well as being very excited to welcome the Hairy Bikers to the show with ESG and showcase incredible brands in the BHETA Bira Village, there are going to be so many opportunities to discover new products and stock-rich brands within Housewares and across the rest of the show.”
He concludes: “It really is the ultimate shop for shops and the entire Spring Fair team are eager to get onsite and showcase two years’ worth of hard work to deliver the best retail marketplace in the UK.”
