The webinar began with Philippa Simons, head of buying, who gave a 2022 trading update, as well as the success of its Spend Smart: Live Well strategy, and how the company had dealt with the combined pressures of cost, supply and compliance over the last 12 months.
Members of the Lakeland buying team, Carly Bullock, Kathryn Farrell and Rebecca Murphy then covered off changing consumer shopping habits, the MyLakeland loyalty scheme, innovation and digital strategy.
