‘Thrilled’ to be EIH finalists

Following the announcement of the product finalists in the Excellence in Housewares Awards 2023, suppliers have been expressing their joy at being nominated.

Jo Booth, head of product management, at Rayware (finalists in Excellence in Cookware, Cutting Edge, Excellence in Homewares, and The Innovation Award) told us: “We are thrilled to be shortlisted for the EIH Awards for so many of our products and ranges this year. We work hard to both meet our customer’s needs and ensure that our products coincide with the latest trends in housewares, so this recognition is greatly appreciated across the whole company.”

Amit Juneja, managing director, Benross Marketing, said: “We are absolutely delighted to have been nominated as a finalist for the Excellence in Home Organisation Award. At Benross we continually strive to always present the consumer with great brands, quality products at affordable prices, and to have this recognised by the industry in this way is hugely appreciated.

“We understand that space is a constant problem for people and the compact and versatile design of the Black + Decker Over Bath Airer is ideal for apartments, small homes, and anyone seeking to optimise their living space.”

As a finalist in both Innovation and the Plugged In categories, Marcus Lux, head of export and business development, Gastroback, commented: “Yes….Yes….Yes….. three nominations from the prestigious Excellence in Housewares Awards. Wow….. what can we say.

“Gastroback is absolutely ecstatic being a finalist again with three of our products.

“We are so pleased that the Design Water Kettle Pour Over Advanced, the Design Automatic Tea Maker Advanced Plus and the Design Oven Air & Fry Pizza have been shortlisted as finalists across the ‘Plugged-in’ and ‘Innovation’ categories. Being recognized on this platform means a lot to us for our dedication and we are very grateful.

“These products have been brilliantly executed, they are versatile with so many great features and they look good, too.

“We are already looking forward to the 4 October 2023.”
