August 2023: Bakeware

The Covid trend for home baking is one of the more welcome things that has stuck around since life has returned to normal. Consumers are becoming more adventurous with their baking and are regularly on the lookout for new products. While the massive increase in bakeware sales over lockdown have unsurprisingly slowed down a little now, the industry is still seeing strong sales.

Baking is recognised by many as a way to de-stress and achieve a better work-life balance, and many are cooking from scratch more often, to save money amidst the current cost-of-living crisis. As a result the sector has some innovative new ranges, taking in baking trends, sustainable processes and ease of use and convenience of products.
