Dexam appoints new marketing exec

Excellence in Housewares Awards finalist, Dexam, has welcomed a new marketing executive to the team.

Amelia Macpherson will work alongside current marketing manager, Abbie Bleasby-Voice, in the marketing team. Amelia’s role will primarily focus on product packaging, content creation and managing the company’s social media channels.

Amelia previously worked as a freelance graphic designer and had her own social media agency. In her spare time, she loves being with her family and friends and going out for walks in the Sussex countryside (normally ending with a pub lunch).

Amelia said: “When I was applying for the role I was drawn to Dexam’s history, beautiful products and friendly energy. The marketing executive role looked full of really exciting opportunities, enabling me to expand my skillset in marketing within a small team. I can’t wait to get stuck into planning and creating new content for the company’s social media accounts.”

Abbie Bleasby-Voice continued: “Amelia brings a wealth of experience to the role and will be a great asset to the Dexam team. We have exciting plans for 2024 and Amelia will play an integral part in bringing this to life through our new product packaging and social media channels.”
