Indies: Have your say in the Retail Barometer 2024

It’s time for the annual Progressive Housewares Retail Barometer, an annual picture of how the past year has been for retailers and what your hopes and expectations are for the coming year.

We can’t do this one without you. Team PH wants to hear all of the details from the past year – what your highlights have been, what’s done well, what challenges you overcame, what made trading difficult… We will then collate your answers and provide a comprehensive overview of the last year in housewares retail.

Now in its 19th year, the Retail Barometer is the only annual survey aimed solely at independents in our sector. Your experiences and views help us to create a unique picture of what business is really like.

All independent cookshops and retailers of housewares are invited to take part – big and small, online or physical. If you sell housewares, we want to hear from you.

Taking part couldn’t be easier. Simply click on this link to head to a survey and you’re good to go. Participation should only take 15 minutes and you can either complete it in one go, or come back to it later using the same device. We’ll be forever grateful to you. But more than that, everyone who completes the survey will be entered into a draw for a £25 Marks & Spencer voucher.

Complete the survey here – https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/PHBarometer2024.

The deadline for responses in Friday 23 February, 2024.
