Spring Fair, which celebrates its 75th anniversary on 2 – 5 February 2025 at NEC Birmingham, needs your help to bring together a Hall of Fame compilation of nostalgic memories, pictures and great stories from the show’s 75-year history.
The Hall of Fame will be brought to life at Spring Fair, offering the show’s community the chance to reminisce and remember seven decades of its history as well as a snapshot of memorable past events and current affairs between 1950 – 2024.
The show’s timeline, a large digital screen of pictures and stories and a selfie wall to capture the industry’s biggest trade show gathering in 2025, will create a celebration of retail’s past and present.
Were you an exhibitor or visitor in the 1950’s, 1960’s, 1970’s, 1980’s, 1990’s, 2000’s…? Do you have any memorable stories or pictures to share? Were you at the show in 1975 when Queen Elizabeth opened it at the NEC? Do you have any great then & now pictures from the show or of your stands? Can you chart any memorable moments at the show that stick in your mind or defined your business? Did you make new connections with brands or retailers that you still work with today? What were the highlight product launches over the decades? Are any products that became best-sellers still available today and how have they evolved over the decades?
