The survey involved nearly 4,000 consumers who were quizzed on their best and worst experiences of customer service.

AO’s managing director David Lawson commented: “I’m really proud of all our AO’ers who genuinely treat every customer like their gran.  It’s our simple guide to service and must be effective for AO to be the highest ranked electrical retailer in Which?’s annual customer service survey.  We’re grateful to all our customers who took time to vote.”

The list of 100 brands features housewares stockist, The Range about retailers in the lower numbers (where an inefficiency to deal with complaints was highlighted).
