Barista & Co’s James Gray appears on ITV’s This Morning

Magic Coffee uses a double Ristretto shot to create an all-round sweeter coffee drink. It was created in Melbourne, Australia and is now being served in M&S cafes across the UK.

James Gray showed viewers of This Morning how to recreate Magic Coffee at home with or without an Espresso machine.

James said in a LinkedIn post: “It was great fun today to do a segment for ITV on Magic Coffee on their This Morning show. Some things I’ve learnt:

> Phil doesn’t like coffee (tough audience)

> Setting up a coffee machine and making four coffees in 1 minute 27 seconds is possible (although very stressful)

> Make-up didn’t make me look like Holly

> Making these programmes isn’t as easy as it looks, but their amazing team make it easier

> They already had Barista & Co products in their green room.”
