Being an EIHA finalist is ‘a huge compliment’

Suppliers named as finalists in this year’s Excellence in Housewares Awards, are continuing to celebrate.

Maria Spagnuolo, EMEA brand manager at OXO (finalists in Top Tool or Gadget and The Innovation Award), enthused: ‘To be nominated for an award is always a huge compliment for the team. At OXO we are always looking at ways to make everyday tasks simpler and easier, with the Twisting Jar Opener with Basepad and Bristle-Free Coiled Grill Brush both epitomising this ethos, perfectly.

“We’re delighted to see both products nominated through the Excellence in Housewares Awards and look forward to seeing our brand championed through this event.”

Pieter Clarke, sales manager, UK and Ireland, Georg Jensen, said: “Georg Jensen is delighted to be nominated for the prestigious Top of the Table Award at the Excellence in Housewares Awards. Known for our quality, design and craftsmanship in stainless steel, we are excited to be recognised for our glassware collection. This nomination reflects the positive momentum we are experiencing in this product category.

“We look forward to the upcoming awards ceremony and celebrating alongside the best in the industry.”

Harry Kyriacou, cco, Strix Group, finalist in the Eco Award, commented: “We are thrilled to be a finalist in the Excellence in Housewares Awards. This recognition provides a valuable opportunity for Aqua Optima to raise the profile of our outstanding product, the Perfect Pour Water Filter Jugs, demonstrate our dedication to creating innovative products that make a positive impact.

“With a strong focus on the Strix heritage, the Perfect Pour jugs were thoughtfully designed with customers in mind. Notably, in a time when reducing plastic waste is a top priority for many, Aqua Optima takes pride in offering products that empower customers to make informed choices for their own health and the well-being of the planet. As a finalist, we look forward to celebrating with all the other finalists in October, appreciating the chance to further promote our commitment to making a difference through our products.”
