BHETA Export collaborates with DBT

BHETA is working with the Department of Business & Trade (DBT), promoting a series of events to further overseas trade.

Starting in November, the trade association is enabling members to attend advisory webinars on a range of subjects such as cultural awareness, global SEO leveraging Instagram, EU safety legislation and on 19 November at 3pm, targeting business in the USA.

BHETA’s marketing director, Steve Richardson explained: “BHETA is focussing on export opportunities in a big way for 2025, starting now with an expanded export committee and a proactive series of collaborative events with the DBT.  Our Chief Operating Officer, Will Jones is a key speaker at the Department of Business & Trade (DBT) live export event, ‘Global Connections – Unlocking the EU market for retail and consumer goods’ in Abington OX13 6AF on 12th November – and this is a subject very much on the BHETA agenda.

“The opportunities for BHETA members are such that these collaborations will provide BHETA members who export or plan to do so with really informative sessions covering both the opportunities and the practical means.”

To register, visit the DBT website or www.bheta.co.uk/events or obtain further information via BHETA Member Services on 0121 237 1130.
