Board changes announced at ProCook

ProCook has also announced that non-executive director, Gillian Davies intends to resign from the board and leave the business following the group’s half-year results in December.

Greg Hodder, chairman of ProCook, commented: “I would like to thank Gillian for her highly valuable insight and diligent scrutiny, which has made her an enormously effective chair of the audit committee.

“I would also like to express my sincere gratitude to Steve for his commitment and dedication to ProCook over the last seven years, during which time, he has been instrumental to the growth and success of the business.”
