Dexam grows RHS Benary Vegetables collection

Due to popular demand, Dexam has expanded its Benary Vegetables collection in partnership with the Royal Horticultural Society (RHS).

A number of product extensions have been added including bags, tabletop accessories and oven to tableware.

The Benary Vegetables collection has been designed using the unique vegetable prints from the Album Benary produced by renowned horticulturist and botanist Ernst Benary (1819-1893). The vintage and colourful prints are based on the chromolithograph plates of a variety of vegetables such as carrots, peas, beetroot, cabbages.

Sourced directly from The Royal Horticultural Society Lindley Collections, which houses the world’s finest collection of books and printed materials on gardening and outstanding collections of archives, photography and botanical art.

Three crafted stoneware dishes are now available in a square, rectangular and round design. From oven to table, these dishes are dishwasher safe and can also be used to store leftovers in the freezer. They have easy grab handles to ensure safe handling at any temperature.

Joining the dishes on the table top are a range of accessories including a set of four coasters and set of four placemats. Each have a wipe clean enamel surface and cork base. To complete the table setting is a set of four napkins printed onto 100% cotton that is machine washable.

Further textiles have been added to the range including a cotton tote bag and shopping bag along with a set of three vegetable bags. The bags have a moisture resistant liner that blocks out light, keeping food fresh for longer.

Bryony Dyer, managing director of Dexam, commented: “We launched our Benary Vegetables collection in 2022 and are pleased to be adding these new product extensions to the collection. It is a delight to partner with the RHS and supporting its charitable work, I look forward to continuing our partnership with them.”

Cathy Snow, licensing manager at RHS, added: “The success of our RHS Benary Vegetables collaboration with Dexam has inspired this extension to that delightful collection – and it’s a very welcome one.

“The addition of crafted stoneware dishes, accessories and new textiles makes the collection more desirable than ever and, thanks to Ernst Benary, the RHS Lindley Collections and Dexam’s design skills, they all look amazing.”
