Digital Academy focuses on the hospitality industry for fourth event

The fourth episode of The Digital Academy from Messe Frankfurt, organisers of Ambiente, is called ‘Future of hospitality – Innovative trends for successful restauranteurs’.

Taking place on 8 November, 2023 from 9am GMT (10am CET) and tourism and hospitality specialist Dolores Semeraro will be the first to offer tips for sustainable and feasible marketing strategies. The keynote speaker reveals ‘How to shift from ‘business As usual’ to a successful sustainable business for the long term’ and explains how authentic and sustainable marketing strategies can have a positive impact on product development, operators and customers.

Next, Regitse Rosenvinge-Thürmer, consultant and founder of Regitse Rosenvinge Consulting, will look at ‘How to embrace and implement digitalisation in the hospitality industry’, exploring her theory that digital progress is the key to long-term business success for hotels and restaurants.
