DKB appoints UK md

Diethelm Keller Group has appointed Rene Stutz as its new managing director, UK Operations.  Rene brings considerable experience in the housewares industry globally, holding senior management positions across a range of international housewares brands including Fissler, All-Clad, Wüsthof and Victorinox.

Reporting to Will Symonds, Global ceo Manual Appliances, Rene will assume management responsibility for all UK-based employees.

“As we enter a new, transformational phase in our development, we are looking to strengthen and enhance our existing, talented senior leadership team,” states Will Symonds. “I am therefore excited to announce the arrival of Rene Stutz. Having such an accomplished leader based in our UK company will be tremendous for the whole business, cementing the UK’s position as a key operations hub for long into the future and helping to support the overall development of the Manual Appliances business as we continue to transform and grow it.”

DKB Manual Appliances is an international housewares leader with a direct presence in UK, USA, Switzerland, China, Australia and New Zealand and trading relationships in over 60 countries. It is famous for its brands: Zyliss, Cole & Mason and Culinare, as well as its long-standing license partnerships with Jamie Oliver and Ken Hom. The company is 100% owned by the privately held Diethelm Keller Group, which is based in Zurich, Switzerland.
