The UK Licensing Awards 2019 are now officially open for entries.
Entry and nomination forms for all the awards categories are now available to download by simply clicking on this link.
The Licensing Awards 2019 categories cover all aspects of the UK licensing industry – and are free to enter: Its product awards include Best Licensed Home Décor, Tableware or Housewares Range (sponsored by Spring Fair).
The Awards also cover the best retailers of licensed merchandise, theLicensed Retail Marketing Initiative, Licensed Promotions Campaign and Property Awards – for specific licensed properties.
The headline sponsor is Brand Licensing Europe (BLE), while the awards are officially supported by licensing association LIMA.
“The Licensing Awards are as ingrained in the industry calendar as BLE, and for very good reason,” said Anna Knight, event director of BLE. “It’s an amazing event that recognises and rewards the very best of the best in this market, from manufacturers and marketers, to retailers and brand owners.”
The closing date for entering the licensed product awards categories is Friday May 31, 2019. These will be judged by an extensive panel of retail buyers from leading high street names.
Online and downloadable nomination forms for the Retailer Awards, Property Awards, Licensed Retail Marketing Initiative, Licensed Promotions Campaign and Honorary Achievement Award are also now available from the website.
The Licensed Property Awards can only be entered online. The deadline date for the Property Awards is Friday June 28, 2019. These entries will be validated by retailers and licensees.
The deadline for submissions for the LIMA UK Rising Star Award is June 12, 2019. It is open to all individuals under 30 years old working in the industry.
Tickets and tables are also now on sale for The Licensing Awards 2019, which takes place in The Great Room in The Grosvenor House Hotel in London on Tuesday, September 10 2019.
Over 1,400 retailers, licensees and industry suppliers will attend.
