Exclusively: what a reunion!

The atmosphere at this week’s Exclusively (Islington Business Design Centre August 24-25) was charged with positivity as housewares buyers and suppliers met face-to-face and saw and held new products.

“It felt like the first proper housewares show for years! Everyone pulled together and everyone was greeting each other like friends,” said Tom Carter, director of Potters Cookshop.

“It’s been a really good show with such good vibes,” enthused Gemma Board of Décor (Australia’s leading food storage brand). “It’s the very first show for us, having started with the brand last October. It’s great to be able to show products to buyers – it’s hard to see quality over a computer screen.”

“I’m delighted – it’s so nice to see people face to face and I’m pleased to see so many retailers here,” commented Alastair Fisher, director of Taylor’s Eye Witness. “Thank you to the team who have put this together.”

From show organiser BHETA, housewares sector controller Seema Grantham told HousewaresNews.net: “I’m super grateful for buyers for turning out in style and supporting the show and the industry. This bodes well for next year.”
