With smaller gatherings around the Christmas dinner table more likely this year, Gastroback’s Contact Grill Design BBQ Advanced Smart could provide consumers with some alternative culinary treats. The Design BBQ Advanced Smart can be used as a contact grill or as a table grill for interactive family cooking.
The electrical grill provides the opportunity to create a perfect steak as well as pre-set cooking settings for poultry, burgers, sausages, sandwiches and fish, plus a lower, smooth grill plate for pancakes, omelettes, fried eggs, crêpes and potato pancakes.
“Food with different flavours can be grilled at temperatures from 150°C to 210°C at the same time. When the BBQ mode is opened, the temperatures for the grill plates can be set independently so that the steaks no longer have to wait for the side dishes after grilling,” says Gastroback’s Marcus Lux, head of export and business development.
The ‘no fuss’ grill means that consumers can enjoy other festive activities rather than slaving over a hot stove. As Marcus highlights: “Everything is now ready at the same time and around 2,000 watts of power ensure particularly fast grilling.”
