Harrod’s new concessions

With major transformations taking place this year at Harrods, three luxury brands have opened individually curated concessions within Harrods Interiors (on the department store’s third floor). The new concessions for Wedgwood, Waterford and Royal Copenhagen (from Fiskars Group) are designed to appeal to ‘a sophisticated and discerning global customer.’

The Wedgwood area includes a semi private customer consultation area featuring Wedgwood’s tea bar. As part of the luxury customer experience and elevated customer service, visitors can enjoy using the Express Yourself Table to spark creativity as they develop their own individual collection, mixing and matching different designs.

The Waterford section includes a display of the best-selling Lismore collections against a luxurious grey velvet fluted back wall. Meanwhile, displaying its collection for the first time at Harrods, the Royal Copenhagen concession features an array of porcelain collections, including Blue Fluted Plain and Flora Danica tableware.
