The list is a recognition and celebration of the most emotively connected retail brands in 2023.
The research uses BrandVue Retail, Savanta’s daily brand tracking tool, to draw insight from over 96,000 consumers across 200+ retailers and then rates the top 100 brands according to how loved they are by the public.
John Lewis was at number 13, and the top scoring department store; Le Creuset was also in the top 20, at number 18; While Dunelm made it into the top 30 at number 25.
Further down the list, B&Q was at number 33, followed by Next Home at 34; Homesense was at 40 and ProCook was at number 78.
The report focused on the home and lifestyle sector as having some of the biggest changes in rankings this year. The report said: “This is a trend we observed last year and, as we noted at the time, has undoubtedly been influenced by the rise in home-working and periods of time consumers are now spending at home.
“Brands that stand out this year are ProCook, Habitat, Homesense, Simba, Maison du Monde and Dunelm.”
