Housewares suppliers feature on the Big Christmas Wishlist

The Big Christmas Press Show this week revealed the most coveted products ahead of Q4 on The Big Christmas Wishlist.

Held on Wednesday 11 September, at the Business Design Centre in Islington, the industry event invites over 60 brands and retailers to showcase their latest products and innovations for Christmas 2024 to media and content creators.

The Wishlist Awards, now in its second year, gives insight into the top trends and products predicted to be a sell-out this festive season. The winners feature new products from some of the UK’s biggest brands.

Winners were chosen by an independent panel of judges which was carefully curated to offer a diverse range of expertise across TV and broadcast, business, social influence and consumer perspectives.

This year’s judges were:

Kate Lawler: TV and radio presenter, bestselling author and DJ.

Iwan Carrington: London-based content creator and television presenter.

Ollie Locke: TV personality and actor with a strong social media presence.

Megan Dunsby: Senior commercial content editor for Retail Week, specialising in retail sector content.

Kate Hardcastle: Known as The Customer Whisperer, a broadcaster and consumer specialist.

Kelsey Parker: Philanthropic force of goodwill and owner of K2K Performing Arts School.

Rosie Marshall: Expert in toys & children’s gifts, curating joyous playtime experiences.

The winners across 12 categories –  including Homeware, Tech, Beauty & Self-Care, Advent Calendars and Budget Buys – offer something for every budget. The average price for winning gifts sits at £44.75, ensuring affordability. Each category is represented by three winners, including the coveted judges’ pick – the product the judging panel deemed to be their favourite from each category.

Courtney Rogers, founder of CIJ Group and The Big Christmas Press Show said: “The Big Christmas Wishlist Awards not only showcases some of the most sought-after products on offer this Christmas but serves as a testament to the innovation and success of leading brands in the UK and beyond.

“It is always a privilege to collaborate with these exciting brands and retailers and I think you’ll agree that the judges have done a fantastic job of selecting the top Christmas gifts for 2024 and curating the ultimate Christmas Wishlist Gift Guide.”
