HousewaresNews.net launches

The team behind Progressive Housewares and The Excellence in Housewares Awards is proud to launch HousewaresNews.net, delivering housewares news into over 3,500 (and rising) inboxes twice a week.

The new online news resource means that a wide range of industry news can be delivered with greater speed, directly to suppliers and buyers inboxes. In addition, the site boats a plethora of great resources, including an industry jobs board, new products showcase, event diary, and much more.

Commenting on the launch, Rob Willis – director and joint owner of HousewaresNews.net said; “We are very fortunate to publish the leading title to the trade in Progressive Housewares, and to host the benchmarks of industry product and retailing success with The Excellence in Housewares Awards.”

“HousewaresNews.net will now join up the dots and deliver up to the minute news plus a range of digital resources, and is the first in a series of expansion manoeuvres for our housewares media offer.”

The launch coincides with a strengthened team at Progressive Housewares, including its recently appointed advertisement manager John Barry, working alongside Jo Howard and Emma Cain (longstanding editor and product page editor respectively), editorial director and joint managing director, Jakki Brown and creative director, Mark Grayson.

HousewaresNews.Net launches two days before the much anticipated Excellence in Housewares Awards night. Suppliers are urged to contact Jo with any news, and to speak with John regarding advertising opportunities. Their details can be found on the contact us page.
