Icon Award finalists announced

The 2021 finalists for Excellence in Housewares 2021 Icon Award are revealed here. Each of the finalists will compete for the Icon Award trophy as well as the honour of joining the Icon Gallery, representing classic housewares products that have withstood the test of time. With past trophy holders including the Dualit Classic Toaster, Kilner Jars, Thermos Flasks, and the Le Creuset Cocotte, the Icon Award winners can only win this coveted award once.

The Icon Award 2021 Finalists are:

Culinare Magican from DKB Household

Heritage Bundt Pans from Nordic Ware

Good Grips Peelers from OXO

Mason Cash Pudding Basin from The Rayware Group

Nest 9 from Joseph Joseph

Peugeot Salt and Pepper Mills from Burton McCall

Prestige Pressure Cooker from Meyer Group

Sustainable Wooden Spoon from T&G


The winners will be revealed on the evening of Wednesday 6 October 2021 at the Royal Lancaster Hotel in London, fully endorsed by trade associations BHETA and Bira, supported by trade shows including AmbienteExclusively and The Inspired Home Show in Chicago, and backed by leading suppliers including Burton McCall, DKB, EKO, Eddingtons, Expose Travel, Gastroback, Joseph Joseph, KitchenCraft, Lakeland, Le Creuset, Meyer Group, OXO UK, RKW Wholesale, Salter, Tefal, Tramontina and Ultimate Products.
