“I’ll be driven by my customers,” says Brambles Cookshop

With mixed opinions from consumers about the lifting of all Covid-19 restrictions in England next week, Lisa Taylor, owner of Brambles Cookshop in Audlem told HousewaresNews.net: “I’ll be driven by my customers.”

Lisa explained: “As it’s a small space, I can only have two people in the shop currently, but my customers talk to me so I will see how they feel about increasing the numbers allowed inside at one time. The next couple of months will tell.”

However, Lisa states: “I’m going to leave my ‘Please wear a mask’ sign outside the door.” She reflects: “It’s probably 50/50 with customers wanting to wear one or not.”

After the easing of social distancing restrictions in England from July 19, Lisa is most looking forward to a return to Brambles Cookshops’ social events when she feels the time is right. “Before the pandemic hit, we did lots of in-store demonstrations and events like our charity tapas evening and a Bake Off competition in our local Scout Hut, which was a rip roaring success with over 100 entries!”

Top: The request to wear a mask will stay outside Brambles Cookshop next week, even though it will no longer be a legal requirement.
