Kütahya Porselen introduces Yum, in collaboration with Karim Rashid

Launched at Ambiente, the new Yum Collection in collaboration with designer Karim Rashid, was very well received at the show. The range reflects the energetic, dynamic and contemporary style of the world-famous designer and consists of two series with different designs.

The first series is the Skallop Collection, which has blue and pink tones and can be combined with the existing Skallop range.

The second series offers vibrant green and grey colours and brings a modern touch to tables. The series can be used with the Antique White series of the Skallop Collection and allows consumers to create combinations which reflect their own style.

The Yum Collection consists of a serving plate, flat plate and mug.

Sema Güral Sürmeli, chairman of the board of Kütahya Porselen, which bought together its newest products with the slogan ‘Let’s shape the future together’, said: “Ambiente is a very important organisation where the world’s leading participants can exhibit their products and strengthen their commercial relations, as well as exchange ideas with world-renowned designers and follow the latest trends in the industry.

“Offering marketing and sales opportunities for the Eruopean and Asian markets, Ambiente is also a unique environment for exchanging ideas. We also took part in this important fair with our two booths, Home and Horeca. It was exciting for us to present our new collection by Karim Rashid here for the first time as well. Skallop, our first collection by Karim Rashid, was highly appreciated with its colours, form, and design story.

“Yum, our new collaboration with Karim Rashid, is an energetic, modern and timeless collection that reflects Karim Rashid’s dynamic design.”
