Marathon Ralph thanks industry

Having completed the recent London Marathon to raise money for the charity Bloodwise, Pendeford Housewares’ director, Ralph Humphries is thanking many members of the housewares industry for their support and generosity.

“More than half of my donations come from the housewares industry,” says Ralph. “The total now stands at £2,135 but if anyone still wants to contribute the page is as follows: www.justgiving.com/fundraising/ralphhumphries8

Ralph finished the race in four hours and 40 minutes, and reflects: “I struggled after coming over Tower Bridge and heading right down to the dock lands. I knew had to run 7 miles away from finish line to come all way back again. However, after that I saw my wife cheering me on at 21miles and got a second wind.”

Ralph was able to thank many industry colleagues when exhibiting at last week’s Exclusively Housewares (June 11-12 Islington BDC).
