More celebratory EIH finalists

The Excellence in Housewares Awards 2021 finalists have now been announced for the product categories (including The Icon Award) and retailers.  Nominees are expressing their joy in the build-up to the big night, ie October 6 at The Royal Lancaster, London, when the winners will be revealed.

“We are super excited to be a finalist at the Excellence in Housewares Awards!” enthuses Sachin Bagga, director for Haden. “Our Dorchester Variable temperature kettles have been a real success for Haden globally – not only a stunning addition to the kitchen but the Dorchester Kettle is packed full of features including a variable temperature control and keep warm function.”

At Morphy Richards, Carly Tait, campaign manager comments: “Being named as a finalist in the Excellence in Housewares Awards is a huge thrill for Morphy Richards – and especially because it is our Mixstar compact stand mixer that has been nominated. Home cooking – and especially baking – has been bigger than ever in the last 18 months, providing an activity for families to do together and helping to create delicious home-cooked food to brighten up lockdown days and we are delighted if we have played a small part in the that.”

Meanwhile, Marcus Lux, head of export and business development for Gastroback exclaims: “Wow! We are absolutely ecstatic that we are finalists again. It’s such an honour for Gastroback that another one of our products has been nominated for the second time in succession at the Excellence in Housewares Awards. We are so pleased that our bread maker has been shortlisted as it became a very popular and useful appliance during the lockdowns. Congratulation to all our fellow finalists.”

Similarly, Bianca Pokorny, marketing executive for Ritterwerk states: “We’re all positively thrilled here that our Food Slicer Manus 3 has been nominated for the Cutting Edge Award and can’t wait for October 6 when the winners are revealed.”
