Nextrade’s showrooms add to Ambiente

Housewares brands exhibiting at Ambiente and signed up to Messe Frankfurt’s digital platform Nextrade can benefit from new state-of-the art digital showrooms to maximise global reach and year-round sales for housewares products.

Nextrade, working with its partners 747 Studios and Twenty2Eleven, has launched 3D animated showrooms, enabling 360° tours, where buyers can click on products of interest. Together with the extensive product and image data provided by Nextrade Data, buyers can access a wealth of information and place orders when not at trade shows.

“We see the digital walk-through of the showrooms as a great benefit for brands and buyers”, explains Philipp Ferger, managing director of nmedia GmbH and head of consumer goods fairs at Messe Frankfurt. “The brands can now present their portfolio in an even more personal and individual way. Buyers benefit from the simple and intuitive guidance and reach their destination with just a few clicks.”

Meanwhile, at a recent press conference for Ambiente 2022, Philipp emphasised the vital importance of personal encounters, with digital aspects such as Nextrade and online streaming of key presentations “adding value to physical events.”

Describing Ambiente as “the hub around which the consumer goods industry revolves,” Philipp enthuses: “Full of anticipation, optimism and with a great deal of commitment, we are looking forward to the global industry gathering in February.”

For those that cannot reach the physical show, as well as those that could benefit from extended time to take in Ambiente’s special features and presentations, there will be a digital addition to the show, with opportunities for online networking, interactive workshops, and one-to-one video calls.
