On route to Exclusively

Stands for the Exclusively Show, which returns to its popular live format at The Business Design Centre in late August are now 95% sold following a positive industry response from exhibitors and visitors. Renewed confidence after the Government’s recent ‘roadmap’ announcements, plus the new show 2021 dates of August 24-25, have fuelled industry enthusiasm.

Many Covd-19 restrictions should be lifted by June 21,, and most adults are due to be vaccinated by July. Hence the show in late August should mark a return to a significant level of commercial ‘normality’ for buyers and suppliers in the housewares, small electrical, gift and destination garden centre sectors.

“With the Government setting out its four-stage plan, Exclusively is seeing a surge of renewed interest from exhibitors and visitors in what will, by August be the first event of its kind in this industry for almost eighteen months,” acknowledges Will Jones, chair of Exclusively (and show owner BHETA’s chief operating officer). “As such, the show could well prove to be a real sign of a return to normal trading.”

He continues: “The safety of all Exclusively visitors and exhibitors is of course paramount and the Exclusively team is working closely with the venue in terms of all necessary protocols for registration, hospitality, events, meetings and the total visitor / exhibitor experience to ensure that everyone can be confident in attending and enjoying the event.”

Confirming that “plans for the content of live Exclusively 2021 are well advanced,” Will adds: “It is fantastic to see the support and enthusiasm of the industry so evident in the booking figures.”

He also reveals that: “The show will include expanded versions of all its most popular features such as the Brand Showcase, the Trend Tours and Displays and the Scarlet Opus seminar programme, as well as new features such as The Launchpad, aimed at smaller and start-up companies, exhibiting at Exclusively for the first time.”

There will also be an Exclusively Digital programme alongside the live show.
