Portmeirion appoints non-executive director

The manufacturer and retailer of homeware brands, has announced that Jeremy Wilson has been appointed to the position.

Jeremy is an experienced professional at both executive and board level, having held several positions as chief financial officer including at Focusrite from 2014 to 2021. His expertise in performance management, business transformation and international growth will support in the delivery of the group’s strategy.

On appointment, Jeremy will also become a member of the audit, remuneration and nomination committees.

Dick Steele, non-executive chairman, said: “I am delighted to welcome Jeremy to Portmeirion Group as a non-executive director. Jeremy’s broad expertise and deep industry experience will be extremely valuable. His appointment will further strengthen our independence and the experience of the board. The Board looks forward to working with Jeremy.”
