ProCook featured on Best Workplaces list

 

ProCook has been ranked 61st in the list of the UK’s Top 100 Large Companies to Work For in the 2025 Best Workplaces awards.

Following an extensive employee survey conducted by Great Place to Work, ProCook received outstanding feedback from its workforce of over 650 colleagues across the UK, including around 160 team members at its Store Support Centre in Quedgeley, Gloucester.

The survey assessed a wide range of factors related to employee satisfaction and workplace culture, including leadership effectiveness, communication, professional development and overall employee wellbeing.

With an overall positivity rating of 79%, ProCook scored above 90% in several key areas, including; Leadership and Trust, Communication, Team Camaraderie and Community and Employee Wellbeing and Work-Life Balance.

Colleagues praised ProCook’s senior leadership team for its clear vision, approachability and commitment to transparency. The leadership’s open and honest communication style has helped build trust across the organisation, making colleagues feel valued and confident in the company’s direction.

Communication emerged as a key strength in the employee survey, with colleagues reporting that they feel well-informed about company developments. Colleagues expressed confidence that their voices are heard and valued within the business, reinforcing a culture of openness and mutual respect.

ProCook’s collaborative and inclusive work culture was highlighted as a major factor in driving employee satisfaction. The sense of teamwork and community among colleagues creates a positive and supportive environment, where colleagues feel motivated to contribute to the company’s success.

A strong focus on employee wellbeing and work-life balance also contributed to ProCook’s high ranking. The company’s commitment to flexible working options, enhanced mental health support, and comprehensive employee benefits has been well received, with staff appreciating the balance between professional and personal life.
