ProCook hires new retail director

ProCook has appointed Joe Pennington as its new retail director.

With an extensive background in the retail sector, Joe brings  a wealth of experience and a strong track record of leadership and store expansion. Joe’s appointment marks a significant step forward in ProCook’s commitment to retail innovation and customer engagement. As the brand continues to expand its footprint, his leadership will be instrumental in shaping the future of ProCook’s retail operations

With a successful career in the retail sector, Joe held key roles at renowned brands such as Ralph Lauren, Topshop/Topman, White Stuff and most recently has spent the last eight years with Charles Tyrwhitt. Throughout his career, he has demonstrated a retail excellence and business growth. His leadership at Charles Tyrwhitt saw the company reach the finals of the People in Retail Awards twice, securing the prestigious Employee of the Year award on both occasions.

Joe has played an integral role in talent development and internal succession during his career, ensuring strong leadership across store networks. As retail director at ProCook, Joe will oversee the company’s retail strategy, enhancing the in-store experience and supporting ProCook’s ambitious store expansion plans.
