ProCook recognised as a Which? Recommended Provider

ProCook has been named a Which? Recommended Provider in the furniture and homeware category for the second consecutive year.

The recognition reflects the exceptional experience ProCook strives to deliver for its customers. Consumer champion Which? surveys thousands of members and members of the public each year about their experiences of shopping with some of the UK’s best-known stores and websites, as well as with lesser-known brands.

The Which? Recommended Provider uses star ratings to reveal how customers rated each retailer on a range of different measures from value for money to aftersales service. Only brands with top customer scores, plus four stars for customer service and delivery, plus three stars for value for money can make the grade as a Which? Recommended Provider.

Lee Tappenden, ProCook ceo commented: “We are immensely proud of this recognition which is particularly significant given that it is based on the voices of our customers. To be named a Which? Recommended Provider for the second year running reaffirms our commitment to exceptional product quality, outstanding customer service, and delivering meaningful value to our customers.”
