Salter celebrates successful Good Food Show appearance

The Salter team exhibited at Good Food Show from 21-24 November 2024 to showcase its rebranded look and share its ‘The Experts in Everyday messaging.

Exhibiting at the consumer Good Food Show enabled the Salter team to meet with consumers and gain insight into brand perception. Jennifer Dodd, head of marketing commented: “The show was a great chance to meet and speak with consumers and hear their brilliant stories about Salter products they have owned for many years including scales over 30 years old. It was great to hear about how they are using our products, the recipes they’ve been trying out etc.”

The show also offered an opportunity to showcase the rebranded Salter look and share the message of the ‘The Experts in Everyday’. The Salter brand began with scales and now its quality and expertise stretches across the home with products that take you from morning until night.

To reflect this, the countertop display at the show took consumers from day to night showcasing Salter’s latest products including coffee makers, stand mixers, bakeware and cookware, to air fryers and blenders.

Products were available to buy on the stand, with some lines carrying pre-black Friday deals, giving consumers the chance to shop Salter on the day, as well as buy from the website with Good Food exclusive discounts available.

The stand also hosted product demonstrations by the Salter team, including hot chocolate making and air frying, to showcase the products in use. Joe Swash also joined the team on the Saturday to demonstrate his favourite hot chocolate recipe and favourite air fryer recipes, gathering a big crowd of excited fans.

Suzanne Mulholland, aka The Batch Lady also appeared on the stand to talk through her Salter favourites on Friday. Suzanne demonstrated her favourite recipes in the Salter Fuzion Air Fryer and hot chocolate maker. Two products she has at home and loves.

The Salter team also hosted fun games including ‘Weigh your cards right’ (a tweak on the famous Play Your Cards Right) that was linked to Salter scales, giving consumers the chance to win Salter goodies and drawing a crowd throughout the whole four days.
