Scour Daddy sensation

The new Scour Daddy and Sponge Daddy (from Evo Lifestyle Products) have been flying off shelves since their launch at retail this month. Stockists include The Yorkshire Trading Company, Robert Dyas and QD Stores .The two new cleaning products are part of the hit cleaning ‘family’ of products that include the Scrub Daddy and Scrub Mommy. The latter ‘couple’ is among finalists in the Excellence in Homewares Award (part of the Excellence in Housewares Awards 2019).

The soft launch of the two new additions saw Scour Daddy sell out within days online, suggesting that this will be the next hero item of the cleaning ‘family’, reports Evo Lifestyle. Moreover, the new cleaning tools have tried, tested and approved by Instagram’s cleanfluencers including Lynsey Queen Of Clean and Dazlin Cleaning.

Scour Daddy’s core is made from the same FlexTexture material as Scrub Daddy, which allows it to become soft and malleable in warm water and stay firm and rough in cold water for tough scrubbing. However, Scour Daddy is also coated in a unique ArmorTec mesh which is heat-treated to release food particles and durable enough to handle the worst burnt on food.

Meanwhile, Sponge Daddy is the traditional rectangular shaped version of the Scrub Mommy, incorporating ResoFoam material and an exclusive texture changing material,.
