Luxury Italian brand Smeg has launched the WKF01 Whistling Kettle, combining iconic retro flair with modern performance to elevate tea and coffee rituals.
The kettle is placed on any hob or cooker and upon boiling, a single tone whistling sound signals the hot water is ready – no plug-in required. Crafted from premium enamelled stainless steel with chrome and cool touch silicone handle, this kettle will add a touch of nostalgia to the kitchen. This model also has a removable lid for easy filling and cleaning.
The Whistling Kettle boasts a 2.3l capacity – the largest in Smeg’s kettle range – and can serve up to 10 cups on a single boil, while its insulating properties keep contents hotter for longer – ideal for when hosting or enjoying a slower pace of life.
Available in a selection of vibrant finishes, including a neutral white, bold red and black, classic chrome and four signature pastels, the vintage-inspired design combines sleek, cordless functionality. It also pairs with Smeg’s other retro appliances, such as stand mixers, range cookers, built-in hobs and ovens for a uniform aesthetic.
