Housewares worth over £6,200 at retail – which were donated to In Kind Direct by exhibitors at The Exclusively Show (June 14-15 Islington) – are now helping to improve lives around the UK.
“All the products donated at Exclusively have now been distributed. In a matter of days, they reached 79 charitable organisations, making a big difference to communities in need across the UK,” reports Eva Learner, corporate partnerships co-ordinator at In Kind Direct. The leading UK charity receives product donations of all kinds and distributes these to a network of charitable organisations.
“The top causes that we’ve supported with donations from Exclusively 2022 include community projects, youth care, and family welfare organisations,” Eva explains. “Once again, a huge thank you from In Kind Direct to all the companies that donated products, and to Progressive Housewares magazine, HousewaresNews.net and The Exclusively Show for organising this initiative.”
This year’s generous batch of donations included immensely useful kitchenware, cookware, tableware, utility and cleaning products, and storage from the likes of The Cookware Company (GreenPan), Cole & Mason (DKB), Le Creuset, Meyer Group, Ladelle, Brabantia, BranQ, Arcos, EKO, Guzzini, Lifetime Brands Europe, Villeroy & Boch, Judge and Spontex, among others. Orthex, Addis and Ladelle generously packed up the contents of their stands to donate to In Kind Direct.
