Today at Exclusively: welcome back!

The aisles of Islington’s Business Design Centre are buzzing, and buyers and exhibitors are enthusiastically coming together to catch up and stock up with a host of new launches at Exclusively (Tuesday August 24 to Wednesday August 25).

“Our Exclusively showcase embraces our changed consumer and new market opportunities, with new innovations that are designed by demand, and designed to drive demand” says Lifetime Brand Europe’s commercial and marketing director Claire Budgen. New launches include MasterClass All-in-One dishes, which, says Claire are: “a market first in food storage and food prep, rewriting the rules for a smarter kitchen and cook. Made from hygienic and stain resistant 18/8 stainless steel, they are multi-functional and completely versatile: perfect for freezers, preppers, save-some-for-laters and microwave makers.”

Meanwhile, eco-consciousness meets cookware excellence with new MasterClass Can-To-Pan, which are made from recycled aluminium cans, with a tough and durable non-stick ceramic coating.

DKB is delighted that its Culinare Naturals has been selected for the Trend Area’s Reset showcase. This trend represents a new level of respect for the natural world as awareness of the environmental impact of our individual lifestyle choices grows post-pandemic, including a push for less plastic and pollution, less toxicity and waste, and demand more sustainable options. Exclusively’s Scarlet Opus trend forecasters were impressed by the bamboo in Culinare Naturals, which offers consumers a sustainable material alternative to plastic, as well as the sustainable packaging materials.

GastroMax Bio range from Orthex Group is also part of the Reset trend showcase. The latest addition to the Bio range is tableware, made from Brazilian sugarcane, a renewable source. The carbon footprint of the range is reduced by over 80% compared to conventional plastic, as the CO2 generated in production is largely compensated for by the CO2 absorbed during the sugarcane’s growth.

Meanwhile, the Lodge Cast Iron Finex range of cookware from Eddingtons fits with the Neo Luxe trend, as presented by Scarlet Opus. This trend emphasises sophistication, civilised elegance and dark romance. Finex Cast Iron collection features a machine-smoothed cooking surface, flaxseed oil pre-seasoning and stone-tumble polishing. The striking range is inspired by smooth vintage American cast iron skillets merged with modern-day cooking. Oversized spiral handles provide a safe grip, and the polished brass finial adds to the Neo Luxe look.
