Two weeks to enter products for EIH

Housewares suppliers are invited to submit new products to be judged by a panel of leading retailers from across the retail spctrum for the Excellence in Housewares Awards 2019.

Hundreds of individual submissions have been received for the product categories in the Excellence in Housewares Awards 2019, with suppliers yet to complete this task urged to do so as soon as possible. An elite panel of retail buyers have the judging date in their diary, including contacts from John Lewis, Debenhams, Leekes, Borough Kitchen, Potters, Waitrose, Harts of Stur  Blue Diamond and many more.

To be eligible, products must be launched at UK retail from June 2018 to the end of June 2019 (I.E.selling via a UK retail outlet). The Excellence in Housewares Product Awards include: Excellence in Cookware, Excellence in Homewares, The Plugged-In Award, The Top of the Table Award, The Cutting Edge Award, The Top Tool or Gadget and new for 2019, The Eco Award.

“As ever, our product judging panel is keen to see and talk about the best new products in housewares, so this is a fantastic opportunity for suppliers to get their products noticed, with the chance for a place in the finals of the Excellence in Housewares Awards 2019, and of course, a chance of winning the ultimate product accolade of an Excellence in Housewares trophy,” says Rob Willis, publishing director for HousewaresNews.net and Progressive Housewares (organisers of the Excellence in Housewares Awards in conjunction with Bira).
