What Dobbies wants from suppliers

Dobbies chief executive officer Graeme Jenkins and chief financial officer Debbie Harding will address BHETA members in the next of the trade association’s popular retailer networking webinars. A large attendance is anticipated for the event, taking place on Tuesday, April 5 at 11 am.

Graeme and Debbie’s 20-30 presentation will cover Dobbies’ background history, its new ownership and Wyevale purchases, and its store refurbishment programme. The duo will also discuss the impact of Covid-19, frustrations with ERP and payment issues, current trading and their future vision for the business. Importantly, they will talk about opportunities and what Dobbies wants from suppliers.

“Dobbies is a much talked about player in the garden centre sector and the opportunity to speak to the company directly should not be missed,” states BHETA’s marketing manager, Steve Richardson.
