What More shortlisted for Made in the North West Awards

What More has been shortlisted for two separate categories in Made in the North West Awards: the Export Award, and the coveted Manufacturer of the Year (over £25 million category).

What More’s shortlisting for the Manufacturer of the Year award is a significant vote of confidence for the Lancashire-based housewares supplier.  With continuous investment in its staff and cite, plus a focus on sustainability, What More has grown its profits year on year, while also supporting the local community through school engagement, apprenticeship schemes, beach clean-up, and sponsorship of local sports teams.

The Export Award reflects outstanding international presence, export growth, and exports as a proportion of sales. What More currently exports to 75 countries.

“Made in Britain means made of top quality. There’s a real demand for British made products overseas and we’ve done our best to capitalise on that positivity,” explains company director Tony Grimshaw OBE.

The Made in the North West Awards, now in their ninth year, are organised by Insider Media. Winners will be revealed at a black tie dinner on 28 July.
