Wrendale Designs helps the reopening effort

Wrendale Designs (whose portfolio includes kitchenware and tableware displaying the much-loved artwork of Hannah Dale) is assisting with the re-opening plans of many retailers. It has created a cute poster for retail stockists (including cookshops) to display in their windows or in-store to give reassurance to their customers that the shop is fully compliant with Covid-19 requirements, plus reminding them to keep socially distanced while they shop.

The Wrendale Designs’ poster, which is being sent out to stockists, makes good use of an illustration of two guinea pigs, in Hannah Dale’s distinctive style to encourage adherence to the 2-metre social distanced requirement.

In addition, the company is offering free shipping to retail customers for the whole month of June, with no minimum order requirement.

Lisa Marcuccio, head of sales at Wrendale commented: “We feel it is important to support retailers as much as possible as they get back on their feet. The poster and free shipping are gestures in this direction.”

Wrendale has continued to supply online retailers throughout lockdown, with Lisa revealing that many of its products connected to cooking or ‘growing your own’ have done very well. “Many people seem to have been baking and eating their way through lockdown!” she quips.
